»We publish 2 Archives per year on the months of January and July.

How many papers I can submit for the same issue?

»Only two accepted papers of the same author will be published in the same issue.

Are GIJCTE published articles available for free?

»Yes, all the papers published by GIJCTE are available for download for free as it is an Open Access journal.

How do I submit my paper?

»First, we highly recommend authors to use the GIJCTE paper template to format their papers. The paper (.pdf) can be submitted via GIJCTE email Id.

When will I receive an acknowledgment email for my submission?

»Paper submissions are normally acknowledged within 48 hours.

My paper has been accepted, how do I register it?

»Information about paper registration will be provided to you through mail once your paper will be accepted for publication. You may send your CRP, Copyright form & Registration form along with the payment proof via GIJCTE email Id. .

How can i pay the publication fee?

»You may pay the fee through account transfer, NEFT or Direct deposit. Account details will be intimated to all the accepted authors.

Where can I find Copyrights Transfer Form?

»Copyrights Transfer form is availbale in the Registration link of the GIJCTE Journal website. If your paper is selected, download the Copyright Form, fill it and sign the form and send it with the final version of paper.

Is there any restriction for number of pages and fee for extra pages?

»We don't restrict the no of pages and extra fee will be charged for the additional pages.

Is GIJCTE published special issue?

»Yes, special Archives devoted to important topics.

How do i get a hardcopy of my article?

»Hardcopy will be provided to the additonal cost.

Can i still make Corrections to my article after it has been published online first?

»Can make the corrections on or before the submission of final manuscript. It is not possible to make any corrections once the fianl manuscript is submitted .

When will i recieve the ePublication Certificate?

»The ePublication Certificate will send (via email) within 4-6 weeks from the date of publication.
